When Is It Required?
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can submit your first payout request on a Diamond funded account.
What's Required?
Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
A W-9 form (for US-based traders) — required for tax compliance before any payout is released
How to Complete It
You'll be prompted to complete verification directly from your dashboard when your account becomes eligible for payout. The process is handled securely through our identity verification partner.
How Long Does It Take?
Verification is typically completed within a few minutes. In some cases, manual review may take up to 24 hours.
What Happens If I Don't Complete It?
Payouts will be held until both KYC approval and W-9 submission are on file. Trading is not affected — only payout processing is gated.
