Payment method: PayPal (credit/debit card or PayPal balance).
Evaluation subscriptions: Billed monthly on the date you signed up. Your evaluation stays active as long as your subscription is active. Cancel anytime by contacting support.
Activation fee ($99): Only applies if you chose the "With Activation" pricing path. Charged once when your evaluation passes and your Diamond account is created — not upfront.
Resets: One-time PayPal payment. Not a subscription.
Payout payments: Payouts are sent via ACH bank transfer or Wise. To receive a payout you must have your banking details on file. KYC and W-9 must be completed before your first payout is processed. Processing takes 1–3 business days after approval.
Refund policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable once trading credentials have been issued. If you have not yet received credentials, contact [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.
Payment disputes: Do not initiate a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting support first. Doing so results in a permanent ban from ONYX.
