How do I manage my account?

Everything is managed from your dashboard at dashboard.onyx-futures.com

Dashboard sections:

  • Home — real-time P&L, balance, trading performance chart

  • Evaluations — view all your accounts, current status, progress toward passing

  • Payouts — submit payout requests, view payout history

  • Reset — purchase a reset for a failed account

  • Profile — update personal info, complete KYC, upload W-9

  • Help — TradeSea setup guide and FAQ

Cancelling your subscription: You can cancel your evaluation subscription at any time. Contact support at [email protected]. Note that cancelling ends your evaluation — you lose access to the account and cannot pass without an active subscription.

Changing account size: You cannot change the size of an existing evaluation. To trade a different size, purchase a new evaluation at the size you want. You can hold up to 10 accounts simultaneously.

Password reset: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page at dashboard.onyx-futures.com/login.html
