How to request a payout on a STANDARD funded account (Ruby, Flex Funded, Platinum), plus the checklist each request must clear. Payouts are requested from your ONYX dashboard. For the full ruleset (caps, buffer, winning days, consistency, profit split), see Payout Rules. Express to Live LIVE payouts work differently and are covered in their own section below.
Scope
This process applies to STANDARD funded accounts only: Ruby (funded stage of Sapphire), Flex Funded (funded stage of Flex), and Platinum (funded stage of Gold). Standard funded accounts are SIMULATED. Express to Live LIVE accounts (Ruby-X, Platinum-X) use a separate, real-capital payout process (daily, keep 85%, no cap) described in the last section. Do not apply standard rules to Express, or Express rules to standard. Evaluation-stage accounts (Sapphire, Flex, Gold) cannot request payouts.
Steps (Standard funded accounts)
Log into your dashboard at dashboard.onyx-futures.com.
Select your funded account (Ruby, Flex Funded, or Platinum).
Go to the Payouts section.
Enter your requested amount (at least the $300 minimum, no more than your per-request cap) and submit.
Approval lands in under 24 hours, or we add $300 to your payout. Payment is sent by ACH, Wise, or crypto.

Every request must clear all of the following. The buffer and winning-day rows apply to your FIRST payout only.

First-payout buffer. For your FIRST payout only, your balance must be at least the full drawdown above your starting balance. Required minimum balance by size and floor type:

Amount within cap. At least the $300 minimum and no more than your per-request cap (see table below).
Good standing. Account is in full compliance with all trading rules, with no open violations.

Profit split (Ruby, Flex Funded, Platinum, same bands). You keep up to 100% of profits. Split is set by amount: keep 100% under $1,000, keep 90% from $1,000 up to under $2,000, keep 80% on $2,000 and above. KYC and tax forms (first payout, both families)
Before your first payout you must complete KYC with a government-issued photo ID. US traders file a W-9; traders outside the US file a W-8BEN. This gates payout processing only; your trading is never affected. Applies to standard funded accounts and to Express to Live live accounts.
Express to Live: LIVE payouts (separate program, do not conflate)
Express to Live (brand names Ruby-X and Platinum-X) is a SEPARATE program, live now. Its LIVE account is REAL live-capital trading and its payout terms differ from the standard funded accounts above. Full detail in Express to Live (Ruby-X and Platinum-X).

The Express evaluation and buffer phases are simulated and do not produce payouts; only the Express live account pays out. The Express daily loss limit applies during the evaluation and buffer (40% of your drawdown) and is self-set once you are live; that is a trading rule, not a payout term.

If your payout is delayed
Confirm every condition for your account family is met and that your KYC and tax form are on file. For a standard funded account, re-check the buffer (first payout), consistency, winning days (first payout), per-request cap, and weekly frequency. If everything looks correct, contact support at [email protected] (replies within one business day). Always contact support before opening any billing dispute.
